Shipping/Ordering

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: WE WILL ONLY BE PROCESSING AND MAKING ORDERS ON SUNDAYS, MONDAYS, AND TUESDAY FOR THE MOST PART. SO PLEASE GIVE US 3-5 DAYS TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER. AND WE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES. 

We offer 3 options receive orders at the moment:

1) Local Delivery: For a $2.50 fee, we will deliver it right to your door if you are in the Atlanta area. Just type in your address when you  check out and if the local delivery option shows up, you are good to go. The delivery radius is 20 miles from my home address in Loganville, Ga and a 20 mile radius from the Atlanta airport (International Terminal)

2) Pick up: The DELTA TECH OPS option is for Delta airlines employees in Atlanta only. If you are a Delta employee, we can meet on the Delta Tech Ops premises. Pick up at Delta Tech Ops is only Wednesday-Saturday. If that doesn't work for you, i will still only bring it Wednesday-Saturday, just let me know where you want me to drop it off on the premises then you can pick it up at your earliest convenience. Just please provide a phone number so we can set up the best time/place to meet on the premises. If you are a Delta employee that works at the airport or the General Offices in Atlanta, just contact us and we should be able to work something out. The LOGANVILLE, GA option is for anyone wanting to drive to the Loganville, Ga area. I currently do this out my house so I will meet up with you somewhere in Loganville, Snellville, or Grayson. Just leave a telephone number and we can coordinate the meet up spot. 

3) Shipping: We ship to every state in the United States using USPS Priority Mail. This is to make sure the product reaches the customers in 2-3 days max since the product is perishable. So we only ship products out Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure it will get you by Friday at the latest since USPS is closed Sundays. I would ship them out Wednesday as well but my work week starts Wednesdays for my full time job and I work 12 hour shifts starting early in the morning. The product is shipped frozen and wrapped with an insulation roll with 2 ice packs to maintain its temperature. When product arrives at destination, it is important to put product in refrigerator ASAP and let it thaw overnight.
